The range of products offered by TME now includes screen recorders from the KD6 series by Lumel for the measurement and testing of parameters in various technological processes. The KD6 device can collect data from measuring and executive modules or work autonomously as an instrument for the measurement and recording of data.
The strongest points of this series of products include the large, 3.5” colour TFT display, which makes the operation of the device and data reading much easier.
Depending on the model, KD6 recorders feature up to 60 logical channels (up to 8 analogue channels). That includes programmable measuring inputs (0, 4 or 8), binary inputs (0, 4 or 8), Modbus RTU Master inputs (10 devices with 10 registers). The recorders also offer a selection of outputs: depending on the version, there are relay outputs (0, 4, 6, 8 or 12), analogue outputs (0, 4 or 8) and auxiliary, power supply outputs (24V DC, 30mA).
The KD6 recorders can be both AC and DC powered. Depending on the variant, the device can be supplied by:from 85 V to 253 V AC; from 90 V to 300 V DC; and from 20 V to 60 V DC. Importantly, the whole series is compliant with a number of communication interfaces, including RS-485 MODBUS, Ethernet and USB Host 2.0 (data are recorded on a USB memory as CSV files). The device can also be configured using a PC via USB. In the Ethernet, the recorders can automatically get an IP address (embedded DHCP client), and send the data collected to an FTP server.
With a large internal memory (8GB), the KD6 devices can collect and store large quantities of measurement data. As the recorder can perform advanced mathematical functions with aggregated values, the data being recorded can be pre-processed to improve data readability and facilitate the monitoring of complex processes.
